The Intel FutureGen leadership programme was launched in 2019 and is a partnership between Intel and to identify rising esports industry talent amongst students studying full-time at UK universities. 

We have selected 20 successful applicants to join the Intel FutureGen 2024 cohort where they will be given invaluable experience with direct access to leading industry figures. 

As well as each student getting their own industry buddy, the cohort will benefit from a series of guest talks from expert esports professionals, plus exclusive Q&As, workshops, access to industry events, and much more. 

This year's lucky cohort will be matched up with experts in their field from companies such as Riot Games, OG Esports, Intel, ESL FACEIT Group, Fnatic and much more. The buddy list below are an amazing group of industry figures who are giving up their time to support the students and provide guidance over a series of sessions for our group of aspiring esports professionals.
